Came here on Saturday December 5th, at 1:40pm and doors were already LOCKED even online and on the doors it sais that they suppose to be open until 2pm. Thankfully one of leaving customers let us inside. However, after standing in line for 15 minutes the representative refused to assist me with sending my package since it was already 2:02pm - regardless that i came here at 1:40pm!!! No wonder post office is close to bankruptcy - they employ all laziest workers.

The door sensors Locks are outdated and unreliable. Often times staff have to manually open door to let you in. if your not non key post office box holders you’ll be outside hoping someone is coming to the rescue you. For those of you wanting a red carpet and superb customer service from staff...reality check they work hard pushing your packages, who cares about their attitudes...they put up with a lot of rotten customers, they do their job to the best of their human abilities. Friendly or not, Never had a problem with tracking and packages are always delivered. Definitely choose them over other delivery services.

Its Dec 2 and the busiest time of the yearn15 people in line and 2 workers. One lady worker who I might add so loud and unprofessional screams I'm going on break leaving the line full of frustrated people. Just so ridiculous. I left to fine another location.

Always get treated with respect. Staff is very polite & helpful.

Went in for a stack of mail pick up, and instead got a crabby clerk with a horrible attitude.n(JOANNA)!!!nShe was more annoying then helpful and attempted to turn my simple trip for mail pick up, more complicated then it needed to be.nA very nice gentleman employee was kind enough to ask my name and address and promply brought me my mail. I cant stress enough to those working in positions which require interacting with the public how VERY important it is to treat your customers with simple courtesy and respect. A person may forget what youv’e said to them- but...nThey will NEVER forget how you treated them!nTake that lesson and and learn Joanna.
