I mailed an important package on 9/26 with certified mail. It originated from exit 3 in Danbury to exit 4 in Danbury, less than 5 mile apart. It is expected to deliver on 9/29. I received this notice on 9/30 that this package is delayed. It was routed through White Plain NY.nnFinally, the package is delivered on 10/5 with a 6 day delay. Subsequently, my next process will be delayed and I will need to pay more for that. I had crucial documents in the package so I was waiting anxiously in those days when my package was out in nowhere. This was the Great and Efficient service our postal office provided.

The absolute worst post office ever. Horrible service. Horrible customer service.

This post office keeps their phone off the hook. Been getting the busy signal for hours. My package has sat at their office for 6 days.

Unreliable and deserve to get defunded.

Tried to have a letter sent in town and it got sent out of town for whatever reason and been stuck in transit for days highly unefficient unacceptable
