United States Postal Service

I live in a U.S. Post Office building, but 60% of the time (I did the math) my packages are sent to the New Freedom location or are delivered to someone else's house. This is intolerable, because they are not open on weekends, so I must always wait for them to open, then drive across town to pick up my packages. Our area's postal system is in desperate need of reform. I plead with you to fix this.

I agree with what Andrea said in her review. That guy has always been the worst with a bad attitude. Every time I'm in there someone comes in saying they received someone else's mail. I worked in New Freedom and parents within the same zip code would mail tuition checks and it would take 3 to 4 weeks to receive them.

You better hope to not get the older gentleman behind the counter with the mustache. Hes always got an attitude and takes it out on customers. Cant spell so messes up package addresses (even though it's written out for him by the customer) Doesnt seem to know his job or answers for customers....nnFemale tellers always seem to be great. Only issues I've ever had was with the male worker in the evening. Has a mustache. Cant miss him. Please usps do something about this guys attitude and possibly provide Refresher training!

Constantly giving me other people's mail. I wonder if people are getting mine as well. Horrible.
