Craig from USPS likes the talk about customer's phone call to other customers, specifically to Roger. I don't know who Roger is or why Craig is talking about my situation to Roger the customer. Super unprofessional. I don't know why someone in customer service would divulge details of a phone call to anyone else. Poorly handled.
New to the area. I got to the post office at 4:40. It closes at 4:45. The gentleman was very helpful, polite & efficient. I moved from a busy suburban town where the post offices are open later & the lobby provides more extensive service options. It's an adjustment. However, it's mostly about service & I give this gentleman 5 stars
He is a very nice man. He answered all of my questions and offered extra advice.
This post office absolutely sucks. They do not answer the phone and the person who delivers the mail must have earned their diploma from the University of Stupid as there has been several occasions that I've received the wrong mail in my mailbox.
never answers phone that is unacceptable....going in person the staff are awesome friendly...but PLEASE answer your phone...I should not have to make an unneccesary trip for something that could be handled by phone. This is my only complaint ....ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!
