Called the listed number and was sent to a phone tree from Hell. I just wanted to see if I could get a P.O. Box there - would have taken 10 seconds to ask - but their 3-minute phone tree never provided that option. When I finally got the option to speak to a human, the tree kindly informed me the wait would be over an hour.
Have a phone at your facility, post the number, and answer the dang thing. This should have been easy.
Helped me out with a very awkward situation that mo real good answer. They found. Good solution
Came at 1:15pm, had a hand written sign saying “closed for lunch till 2:00pm” No problem, I come back at 2:30, they have a new sign up saying “closed for lunch till 2:50” with a line of 20+ people. What a joke. Service members try to come here during the little free time they have and have to worry about their floating 2 hour lunch schedule.
Customer service was very rude to me over the phone and in person. I walked all the way to the post office because I don’t have a vehicle and the sign said they’ll be back open at 2:45, and then they told me they could not help me because they close in 10 mins.
I highly encourage everyone to complete the survey at the bottom of ypur receipts to let USPS know how unprofessional this place is. No sense of urgency or care for positive interactions. Truly the worst experience of my life- I'm taking time to write a review on a postal center, thats how bad it actually was.
