I am a female. Postmaster Gary said we had to talk a while and have a conversation, when provided my name, address and I asked if my mail was being forwarded. He then placed me on hold for more than 15 mins. Today I called and asked to speak with Julie, and he refused.
This 1 star does not represent the workers, but mgmt. UPDATE 10/2/20 THINGS GETTING WORSE, MISSING SCHEDULED PICKUPS MULTIPLE DAYS AND OTHER. THIS STUFF DID NOT HAPPEN WHEN DEB WAS THERE! 50% of my business now with FedEx, you know who this is so correct your mistakes and have the guts to own up to your mistakes.
