The manager at this location which is also post master for other locations (Karen) has been the rudest person we have ever dealt with. She refuses to help with 2 different major shipment issues. Thinking she runs the entire post office and has final say for things that are well above and beyond her. Ignorance by definition. She actually gave her office a 5 star review after another customer has reported the same short comings. Pathetic. She deserves less because of lack of customer service skills. I am sure another anonymous 5 star review will follow ours.
I send a lot of packages to other States, across the pond & down under to AU. Our mail always gets to the destination on time. The employees help with the least expensive but best way to send.
The woman today was very rude telling me she was on lunch it was 5 minutes before her time to go. Made me feel terrible.
