More often than none...nnUPS package tracking says, transitioned to USPS and it's - out for delivery - the status never changes for days and nothing's delivered...n(the packages would be small enough to fit in our community mailboxes).nSo what's the problem???nnI would get tired of the lack of delivery and have to wait in line at the post office to personally pick up my package.nnThe staff at the office is always nice, polite and apologetic, as they hand off the packages.nnSomeone's dropping the ball somewhere... this is happening too frequently!

My problem isnt with the post office, everyone in there is very professional,(even when i have lost it on them, and i have quite often since we now have a new carrier. I have had it!!! Lat year lost a package, said it was delivered sat morn to P.O. but no slip in box, so went down there, to make this story short made the trip down there 5x in 1 week. It was eitrher its not here, he must have it out for delivery and yet evryday, NOTHING! After a week i had lost my patience and called the Post Master and he was there and looked for my package thos .was the following friday 6 day after my text saying it was at the post office well it was found in the back in a closet on the bottom of other boxes i guess he didnt want to deliver.i have made trips down there to pick up packages that wpuld fit in my small mailbox. Its starting to b an expense in gas waste not to mention my time. LARRY needs to b switched to a different route. I was told in the P.O. today that i could file a complaint online, but there is no online complaint form, figures. Was there this morn gave tracking # get box size of what i was expecting got all the way home to relize its not the package i was waiting for, it was someth ik ng else that had a totally different tracking # so instead of checking trk# used my address. So i ahd to go all the way back to get again. Well now, the line is almost out the door and i snapped!!! Lmao i literally thought i was gonna go postal!!! Walked up to the desk and told her she gave me the wrong package and instead of apologizing told me to calm down condescendingly!!! Ive been living in Bushkill since 1998 and have had a few different mail deliverers. But the present one now HAS GOT TO GO!!!!

Few people working, long lines. I arrived at 7:45 waited until 8:30 and they dind't find my package, they took my number and never return... What know? I have to go there again?? Should I return the items? If you call them prepare for more patience...

Receiving other people's mail in my box, while mine important bills never arrive, they are lost in space. This Post Office needs to get their act together.

Always polite and hardworking. Due to covid19 things have slowed down due to understaffing and over packaging. FedEx doesn't make it any better by delivering its packages to USPS instead of finishing their route. People need to understand patience and remember these people have been working non stop even during this pandemic
