Today I walked to my mailbox to find all of my packages jammed in my box with no care. Two of these packages were my textbooks for grad school. Now i have to call the post office when they open to tell them to come down here and remove my packages and put them in the box they were supposed to be in in the first place. I can almost guarantee they will rip when they try to pull them out. Needless to say we are BEYOND frustrated. Honestly it's just pure laziness. How much extra time does it take to put my packages in the bigger box? This is not the first time we have called and complained. This is just ridiculous and frustrating.
The delivery drivers are lacking simple common sense they are stuffing our packages in the small Box when they should clearly go into the larger one with the key. We can't even get the mail out of the Box this is ridiculous! Not sure what grade level you need to work here but I'm surprised whoever is delivering our products even has a job. If you have a chance to go UPS I'd do it! These delivery drivers are a joke! I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint.
VERY nice people there, extremely helpful. To the person who thinks they only have 800 number - wrong, usps site list local number as well, do your homework.
The people are great but you can't get a person when calling. Its a 1800 number and the computer won't give you a person to fix. A problem
