I don’t understand the poor ratings given to this branch. I have always received excellent service from the workers here .
The quality of customer service has improved at this post office noticeably in the past year. The gals behind the desk always seem to have a smile and good attitude and a helpful demeanor. Compared to a year ago or more, the staff are a pleasure to deal with now. Maybe the poor customer service historically was due to bad management in the past. Keep up the good trend and good work!nnAnd for those who don't like a little chit chat between the employees and the patrons: welcome to a small town, where friends and neighbors care about and communicate with each other. This is one reason I moved to PA after 33 years living in Jersey.
I can not receive my parcel from AmazonnOnline posted parcel was delivered to mailboxnBut parcel is oversized and couldn’t be in mailboxnAnd of course I didn’t find it therenAt post office they told me somebody picked it upnHow it can be?nMy order is very expensivenWhat can I do now?
Not sure why the rating is low. Every time I come, the experience is quick and pleasant. The lady I see every time is courteous. Not much waiting time, either.
Just moved here they hold our mail but the very first package we order is returned to sender unknown addressee a package we needed immediately. I do not understand how you can keep mail but return the package unbelievably poor customer service. I have moved several times before AND NEVER dealt with such incompetence in mail and package delivery. It will be a miracle if I ever get a much needed package now thanks to the incompetence of this facility
