I found the employees at this post office extremely helpful and knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. They also helped me with my package and to understand how specific aspects worked when shipping. From the moment I walked into this post office until the second I was getting ready to leave, they treated me with respect, were friendly, and made sure I didn't need anything else. I couldn't have been happier with the service provided here. I plan on becoming a returning customer.
This post office is the best p.o. in the area. I recently went there to send a package overseas. It was a bit busy, but the clerk was kind enough to mail me a copy of the overseas mailing documentation as I didn't realize I had to go back to the counter to get it. I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was to receive a PERSONALIZED letter from her along with the documentation. I only go to this post office. The kindness and efficiency of the employees is incredible. Usually there is little to no wait as well.
Only issue is that the people behind the desk go to lunch at the LITERAL most inconvenient (or should I say most convenient) time imaginable. Every day from 11:30-12:30 the post office is packed, yet all workers are gone. 11:30 is way too early to be starting an hour lunch smack dab in the middle of the day
Great, friendly staff, plenty of parking and you rarely have to wait! You can breeze in and out quickly with no hassle.
Excellent Service, My Go-To Post Office: I live in Nazareth and that p.o. is excellent, as well, but I usually go to Stockertown since it is much more along the routes I travel. The parking in Stockertown is DREAMY. There is a huge, always nearly empty parking lot in the rear, and the service at the p.o. is always top-notch. This place is a hidden treasure.
