Terrible experience. I get there at 3:10pm (they close at 4:30). Woman says she has to take a break so I say ok no worries. I had to find a box to fix my items anyway. When she came back I asked if she had a smaller box than the large ones out in the lobby. Proceeded to give me an attitude and snip at me. Said she had three more planned shipments coming in and “LOOK AT THE TIME ALREADY!” (It was 3:20 at this point and I was the only person in the lobby). Grabbed my items and other package and walked out. You think this customer service is ok?? Only customer in the lobby with one package ready to go and another that would have been packed in seconds once I had the correct size box and I’m treated like I’m wasting this lady’s time?? It’s unacceptable.
This town has the laziest and worst mailmen in existence. They put multiple houses packages in one box and give someone else the key instead of dropping off at the patio. I can’t get my packages that were delivered. Where are they? Why are you marking packages as delivered if they haven’t been. That is flat out misleading people to think someone stole their package. I already called Amazon and they warned me about y’all doing this all wrong, trying to make other companies look bad. The worst.
I didn’t look at the time and accidentally came into the post office at the beginning of lunch break time with my 4 and 2 year old sons to buy stamps. The man working there told me not to worry about it and let me buy stamps quickly. What an AWESOME human being.
The lady working 8/29/20 has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. Didn't want anything to do with helping me resolve my problem, and then closed the post office well before 11:30. Don't my tax dollars go towards her paying salary? Unprofessional and ungrateful.
