Horrible unprofessional behavior. Lady with glasses behind the counter is always in a bad mood. She always giving customers a hard time. Unprofessional, nasty behavior.nnThey never answer any calls. Horrible. If I can give 0 stars, I would.
This Post office blocked access to my Postal Box for non payment despite that it was paid. Since the COVID-19 Pandemic started and due to my compromised health system, I set up mail forwarding from my PO Box to my physical address that was active till the end of June. So this last Saturday 7-18-2020, I decided to go check my mail only to find that my Box was blocked for non payment. Although I was sure that not the case, I didn't argue with the clerk who gave me two pieces of papers one is orange sating that my renewal date was in March 2020 and the second one was an envelope to send the renewal check, and left knowing that some of my important personal and business mail was returned to senders for closed Postal box. When I got home I logged in to my USPS account and found out that my Box is marked as Active and the next renewal is in September. So I am really very frustrated and thinking probably that's why they have so many available boxes lately compared to none just a couple of years ago.
What kind of Post office makes people stand outside for over an hour all because they aren't delivering mail?? Unsurprisingly, this branch services one of the poorest districts in the city. We have to do better!
I hope your packages don’t end up here, you’ll never see them. This place doesn’t care about you or your mail. It’s a shame.
My mail nor my neighbor's mail, are being put into our mailbox. The mail person is inserting the mail half way or putting the mail on the outside of the security door, as if it were restaurant circulars. Very insecure and not private at all. Openly exposed!!!
