Thank you for placing my packages in my door during your early a.m. deliveries. I truly appreciate that you take the time to place them safely inside my screen/security door UNLIKE Amazon!!!!
People can't even just go and drop off their already paid for packages because 99% of the times the window is not closed from their end and you can't open it from your end to put your packages inside. Its ridiculous! Also, when you tell them that you just have to drop off the packages and if they could close the window from their side, you get faces and looks.
So busy and small store. People don’t care social distancing... long queue and so packed!!
Today I was trying to send a marriage certificate by mail, and they tried to tell me that the address I put was not an address because it didn’t show up on google. I went to another USPS and they took care if it no problem. This is my second bad experience with this location. And I don’t believe I’ll be back. Unbelievable.
I don't normally leave reviews, but this is without a doubt THE WORST post office I have ever been to. Horribly innefficient and slow. Zero regard for the customers. I waited in line for 40 mins one afternoon and barely moved up, so I gave up and thought I would return the next day right at opening time. Same thing - I waited for 40 mins in a line that barely moved before again giving up. They serve about 1 customer every ~25 mins. Utterly rediculous.
