Extremely rude person. She said she was covering for someone. She refused to send my package because it was almost 4pm (they are supposed to close 4:15pm). I tried to argent that the store was not even closing yet but she didn’t accept my package.nnI have sent several international packages from other location and it takes no more than 5 min to fill the information in their system.
The lady is very rude. I was there 3:45 PM and the office closes at 4:15 PM. She told me she had enough hours that day after I told her I need to made a phone call to the customer service.
Very slow and rude. Post office closes daily for at least 1.5-2 hrs for lunch. Can not count on them to open or close on time. I wish this wasn't the closest Post office to my house and would drive to eagleville for much better service and reliability
Great service by the gentleman at this location .He is courteous, very professional and helpful. He is the reason we frequent this post office. Convenient hours and short lines.
