I’ve been in 3 times now, staff has always been rude. If it’s your job to explain what packages to use then be nice about it, don’t belittle people for asking a simple question. Horrible customer service.

Rude workers that always give you the run around. Ordered some stuff off Amazon that were to be delivered on a Saturday and this post office gets them out on a Friday. I'm not home on Fridays until late, which means it's a high risk of my stuff being stolen from the porch of my house. Won't even ask for the tracking number. USPS should get new people to work here.

I have always had excellent service. They make the line move fast as can be considering requests from the public and questions. Staff is polite and friendly. I mail at this location as you don’t have to wait long.

For years they've sent us the wrong mail (we tried politely to correct many times). Now they've LOST a very important package. A very rude lady said she would call me when they find it but I've heard nothing. I have all the tracking information stating it arrived at their facility. Horrible service.

I called the Hayden location to see if my package was at their location or the CdA location. I spoke to a woman named Renee who was absolutely wonderful! She was so friendly and helpful. My brief interaction with her made my day!
