I wish I could give 0 stars. This post office is the ABSOLUTE WORST. The employees, even the manager & supervisors are COMPLETELY unprofessional. They’re constantly losing or mailing packages to the wrong address and they treat you like your the one who failed at the job. They use profanity like it’s ok, they’re slow, and the location isn’t well kept. If you live anywhere near the area, try to have your mail rerouted to ANY other location.....THEY SUCK!!!
This is one of the worst locations to ever go to. The employees move slow. Its ALWAYS one person at the window. I'm convinced there is no one above a regular employee working there. If there is a manager/ supervisor they dont exist bc if they did that location would not run as it does. Throw the whole staff away .
Always long lines.. . Very slow service...Interior has never been updated. plan on spending time if you have to go there. Time it took me to pick up a pkg this morning at 1000am was 28 mins with 1 teller working. And there's a sign on the door stating if you wait more than 5 minutes please call this telephone number . And we all laughed in line because we know it won't make any difference...Now for the GOOD......The Manager and delivery service, however is SUPERB!!!@
They need to fire everyone and just start over, this place is trash
Why is it when I choose Website, it doesn't take me to the website? Instead, it takes me to choose location when I already have!!! That's crazy!
