I've had good experiences and bad. The postal workers I've come in contact with have been friendly and helpful. There have been occasions I have forgotten to hold mail and my mail was shoved in my mailbox like somebody took their fist and did it. Two Christmas's ago 4 of my packages had holes in them. Letters had corners turned back. Just recently I've had my mom's mail forwarded to my address. She gets a lot of mail and I've gotten one piece of her mail in three days BS!
Horrible service! Made an appointment to get a passport, and they didn’t abide by their appointment. They were disorganized and unable to handle passport processing. A whole family went before me, and when it was my turn, almost an hour after my scheduled time, I was told they wouldn’t be processing any more passports. A complete waste of my time. Useless staff.
The worst post office, there’s only one person working up front. My friend and I came to get our fingerprint. The first time they say they stopped at 3 pm, we came back the following day super early and they told us they start at 10 am. They made us wait for 1 hr.
I went here to get my passport done, everything was cool. Does anyone know if they keep your original birth certificate when applying for a passport? I’ve been calling this post office for hours so they can answer this question for me... yet they don’t ever pick up!!!!
I spend 40 minutes calling them (8 times) and no one bothered to answer the phone.
