Helpful, friendly staff. This is my go-to PO even though I live in the city. Always a pleasure to do business here!
Personable and helpfull staff
The carrier is on the phone all the time! (at my job in Jenkintown) She is so loud we hear her coming down the street. EVERY DAY. She walks into a place of business loudly talking on the phone, messing up our mail, sometimes not even showing up. The ladies inside at the counter are fine and my carrier at my home is awesome, only reason I gave 2 stars is because of him.
Have had great experiences. Staff is personable, professional, and helpful. Sometimes their clearly understaffed.
I have been coming to the Jenkintown post office for over 20 years. I know the previous reviews were poor. However, the Jenkintown post office has changed for the better! Over my last few visits over the last 6 months I've seen steady positive Improvement in the customer service at the Jenkintown post office. Today the staff went above and beyond to help me find a parcel mailing method that was less expensive than what I initially wanted. Keep up the great work!
