I had a client's letter go missing in Lafayette Hill, PA and I alerted them to it on Halloween. Someone there located the letter at 4am Sunday and then delivered it on Sunday afternoon. Incredible what some folks do. Not only is there a pandemic, but the most draining election ever to deal with and yet magic happens. I see you and I'm grateful ❤ufe0f.
Was shouted down by employee Judy today. Wore all appropriate PPE. Tried to drop my prepaid and labeled package on the counter, but she hollered at me. After waiting in line the post master confirmed that I was allowed to do that and that had she seen this happen she would’ve corrected Judy.
Rude woman at counter needs to be retrained on customer service.
Staff here is exceptional. Never had such kind service anywhere consistently.
Our favorite post office! Never any lines and everyone is always friendly and helpful.
