Don’t drop off packages here, they’ll take days to WEEKS to be scanned in (if they don’t get lost). I’ve never experienced a slower post office, and I’ve owned a small business for years as I’ve moved all over the country. Even at a california location that filled 3 huge rolling bins with packages multiple times daily, those packages would still be scanned in the same or next day. That happens RARELY at the 19128 location. They have really hurt my small business.
Came in to buy a roll of stamps. Third in line and yet my 15 minute parking meter still ran out. People are there “working” but actively avoiding the front desk to help. This is ridiculous
Clerk named Rita is way too ignorant and arrogant! Just ignores me all the time and acts like she don’t see you especially depending on your race! She shouldn’t have a job there!
Rita is a horrible employee Rude, Slow, Creates a hostile work environment for the other people who try to work hard and do their job!
They are incredibly nice and efficient.
