I can’t believe they said they attempted to deliver my package last night when that is not the case at all! I was waiting at my door pretty much all day. The time they said it was attempted to be delivered, but could not “access my location”. I was sitting on my living room couch waiting patiently, you do the math. Someone’s clearly being lazy at this branch. I order two other packages that shipped from Amazon and another company, with no issues. This USPS branch is NOT reliable at all.
Going to the DMV is far more enjoyable than any experience with this post office. Packages are regularly falsely marked as no access to delivery point, or delivered but not. FedEX, UPS, and Amazon among others have no issues with delivering to our house - the door is fully accessible from the sidewalk. I avoid going here if I can and they rarely have stamps available for purchase. But since delivery drivers lie about not being able to deliver packages - once can happen, when this happens multiple days this is a problem, especially when waiting on medication.
Would give a 0/5 if I could. I have never heard of any business who gets to slap a sign on their door EVERYDAY that they're on a lunch break from 12:30 - 3PM.....then to close at 4:30. From the times I have actually gotten to drop off packages, the front desk workers have been nasty and rude. Better off going somewhere else.
Went to this Post Office at 9 o'clock on a Saturday. Waited less than 3 minutes to be served and service was very good. Post Office staff friendly and made suggestions to save me money in postage. I use this Post Office regularly for supplies and mailing packages. Service generally consistent.
This is the best USPO branch ever! Excellent service, knowledgeable staff, often with a sense of humor. It's not my local post office, but i go out of my way 95% percent of the time because it's so much better than any I've been to in the nearby zip codes. .
