I do not understand why we are not able to access our p.o. boxes when the post office is closed. The p.o. boxes are in the lobby why can't the lobby stay open so people can access their mail anytime
Honestly I liked this post office up until today. I got there at 7:48pm and they already locked the doors. Really? You can't even close at the time you advertise? Take into consideration many people commute and just want to get their mail...
Three different times, package says delivered online and nothing here. When I try calling Helpline, cant get through. Just like last time probably wont get my package never using USPS again.
The workers are very polite and helpful, they provide the standard flat rate boxes and envelopes if you do need them. I come here at least once a week.
I haven't had any serious issues with this post office. It's in a convenient location and the wait is a bit long on Sat mornings, but staff is friendly.
