This is a smaller office, but in my opinion one of the best post office in the area. Nice, polite and helpful and patient employees. The only downfall is that they’re close between 12pm-1pm for lunch but other than that I would rather come to this post office never had a problem ever since switching from the East Stroudsburg post office.
The staff are very professional and friendly. They are very patient with their customers. I ship a lot, so far this is my go to post office to mail my packages.
THE EMPLOYEES ARE TERRIBLE, THERE CARRIERS LOSE YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES AND DO NOT CARE. THE DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT NUMBER SO REACHING THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE, WHEN YOU GO IN THEY ARE RUDE AND COMPLETELY LOST. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT NOTHING. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST USPS OFFICE EVER. THERE MAIL/ AND PACKAGE CARRIERS SICK ON THE PHONE AND PLACE YOUR MAIL IN ANY MAILBOX EVEN IF IT IS NOT YOURS. IF YOU REPORT YOUR PACKAGE MISSING THEY DO NOT EVEN INVESTIGATE THEY JUST CALL YOU AND TELL YOU YOUR PACKAGE WAS ALREADY DELIEVERED WHEN CLEARLY IT WAS DELIVERED TO THE INCORRECT MAIL BOX. ANNOYED I EXPECT SOME ONE TO CALL ME OR REACH OUT TO ME ASAP FROM THIS OFFICE OR I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE BAD REVIEWS AND I WILL BE VISITING SOON TO SPEAK TO ALL MANAGEMENT UNTIL THEY LEARN TO HIRE RESPONSIBLE EMPLOYERS.
