This mail service makes me regret moving to the area. Packages are never delivered or picked up. Absolutely infuriating. Lazy carriers who refuse to do their jobs!
Horrible service, been waiting 10 days for a next day delivery, waited 7 , called , they said it would be there the next day , no package, called again, they say I said to hold it, never said that, I said fine leave it in the post office I’ll come get and I’m told it’s out for delivery, I wait a few hours ,call back and they say it was delivered, not to my house !
I have been living in my apartment for a year and a half now. I was getting mail normally everyday since i moved in. Out of nowhere my mail stopped coming. So for two consistent weeks there was no mail. Turns out the mailman took it upon himself to stop delivering because my apartment looked “vacant.” So apparently they can decide not to deliver your mail without any proper papers saying that you moved or what not. Finally i got mail but one days worth. Where is my two weeks worth of mail? I have never had this happen be before.
They must have switched up mail carriers because whoever's been delivering mail for the past 6-8 months is too lazy to bring larger packages up to my front door or garage anymore and instead tries to cram it into my mailbox, ruining the packaging and leaves most of the package completely sticking out of the mailbox ready for a shady passerby to easily steal it. Unbelievable.
Paycheck lost mailed less then a mile away from my house.
