United States Post Office

Worker reprimands me in front of other customers. Informs me they've been audited. And had received a very terrible review (surprise). I have had my p.o. box since 1998. My children (now grown) have used this address since then also. Worker tells me that my children will not be aloud to receive any more mail because they're names aren't on the box (When I bought the box, my children were in grade school then. WHY would I put their names?!! They weren't paying the bill!!). ANYWAYS, I tried to tell worker that I understood the audit thing. I understood she had to follow protocol. My children had their mail returned (their bills, college applications, school related time sensitive, W2s, etc). BUT we DID receive any if not all JUNK MAIL!!! Seriously?!! I was told because it's considered garbage and that they don't return that stuff. So instead of throwing it away, stuff it in my tiny post office box. Can someone say, LAZY!! ud83eudd2c. Sure, makes sense ud83eudd14ud83dude44ud83dude44 It's now been about 2 months since this incident. I (and my kids) now recieve ALL our mail. Plus everybody elsesAAud83dude31ud83eudd2dud83eudd14ud83dude44 Anyone who has the same box number (even if their from a county over) and anyone with the same last name. Yes, I live in Bradford and have been receiving packages for relatives that are CLEARLY marked Eldred, Smethport, etc. I personally think that ONE star is too high of a rating. If there was a negative star rating I would DEFINITELY give that ( NEGATIVE 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐).
