Old postmaster was not a very nice lady. Things were very rough without the post office and and how delivery routes were run. A couple of years ago there was a staffing turnover. they are now an incredible little small town post office. New postmaster is much better. Very personable. Very helpful at the counter. Wonderful delivery people. All do their job very well.nnI don't remember exactly what you're the changes took place but if you see reviews of this post office in the 2017 or earlier range they're likely related to old management.
Mail person consistently fails to pick up my mail with the flag up. Just drives by without stopping. If my out going mail gets stolen, it will cost me money. So I don’t like leaving checks in the mailbox for days. I have complained to Montgomery post office but it fell on deaf ears. Wish I could choose a different post office or mail person!
Ok I put mail in box to go out , put up the flag....carrier put in mail did not take out letters to be posted flag was left up....mail was bills that needed posted....delivery of mail is not consistent....carrier is being paid to do a job maybe carrier needs more training
Customer service used to be not so good, we have new people now! Much better experience!
I find the individuals at Muncy and Montoursville post offices to be quite lovely. Not here...
