Always a quick visit. Very easy and fast shipping.
Post master Frank (last name omitted) is uninformed, incredibly rude, and should be reprimanded. I see this post office has bad reviews and I am not surprised, as it is run under this idiot's direction. I filed a complaint with the post master general today over mistreatment for a second time by the staff at this location.
Make sure your mail when delivered is not being taken
The post office has fixed whatever issues they had with delivery pick up and they have been wonderful. Thank-you
Postmaster is arrogant and ignorant. Tries to institute rules that USPS official website does NOT have. Told me he was going to ask my mailman how often I put my mail on hold. Said that by putting a hold on delivery, I was actually using a p.o.box service. And of course that's a service they can charge for. He was really rude. Showed him the cancellation notice on my phone from USPS, and he insisted that they never got the cancellation notice. Was RUDE. Gave 2stars because the people who work the counter are really nice.nnstitute
