hands down the worst postal service I have had to deal with in my life. They do nothing right and their drivers are even more uneducated and lazy.
I wish I could say that I had a pleasant or at least a normal experience. Unfortunately, however, customer service here needs to be improved.

Horrible customer service, I had to make 4 appointments to get a passport, each time I did they had a different problem with my paperwork and everytime had different requirements, they were extremely rude and had horrible customer service. I will never go through this post office again. Big mistake. DONT GO HERE TO GET PASSPORTS! Theyre horrible!
