The officers are very helpful. One time the central officer made a mistake and did not know Taiwan is Republic of China(ROC). Return my package. The lady manager help me to resent. I am appreciated for her help. They are busy all the time but still stay calm.
Both girls that work at this office are without smiles and rude. I honestly think the chunky girl does not even want to be there. And the taller one with glasses is flat out rude. They should both be replaced ransferred to another office far away in Alaska. Out of all the offices in the local area Folsgolsville, PA post office is the least pleasant one to visit.
Never go to this facility for mailing important document. They tempered with my international mail, snatched the letter from me and refused to give receipt for the payment, on top of everything extremely rude
The lady at the post office today seemed miserable. She did ask how I was doing, but it was robotic, without a smile, and a horrible tone as if she’s forced to act like a decent human being. Thank the Lord above I don’t have to go in here often.
The people down there are great but the phone system is terrible. I just have one question about a PO Box but there’s no way to get in touch with any human that works for the US Postal Service. Their phone system is ran completely by robots and it’s really confusing.
