The wait time to speak with a live agent one hr. Don't use this post office unless its an emergency. I had a packaged ordered on Aug 25th sent using First class mail and i still haven't rec'd it.
Faster service than other USPS in the area and Mary at the front desk is always super helpful and friendly
I have made this location my favorite because of the counter service that I always get. I often use eBay to get rid of unwanted items and use the Flat Rate packages to send items that I have sold. On one occasion they suggested switching from a flat rate to regular first class mail since the service was less money and the delivery time was pretty much the same. The item needed to be repackaged and they even helped me with that chore. They always seem attentive and friendly, even during this Christmas holiday rush.
Office staff is friendly and helpful. Mail carries are either really great or really awful. All too often, I find packages shoved / jammed into my mailbox, crushing purchases, shredding my other mail and making it almost impossible to remove because the mail carrier (I can only assume) is too lazy to deliver packages to your doorstep. I have tried contacting the office about various delivery issues, and although they are sympathetic and apologetic, they admit there is not much they can do.nPLEASE STOP DESTROYING MY MAIL AND PACKAGES!
DO NOT RECCOMEND!!!nuse their express overnight service from this office to New York City an average of a 100 miles. Not only they never delivered. I was lied to they refused to refund the cost even though this service came with a money back guarantee if a package is not delivered. Then they lost it I had to keep going back to this store 6 times over a period of over 2 weeks. I was lucky to get the package back went to the ups had it delivered for a dollar more. Got in trouble with my customers.
