The lady at the counter was very rude and forced me out of the lobby when it was just me and my significant other in there. She is the only person working the desk and said it’s so “another person can be helped”. I could understand that if you weren’t the only person working the desk. She then proceeded to yell at my SO after she purchased a package and didn’t have any tape to attach the packaging label. I don’t know what kind of poor customer service usps is looking for in order to punish us with even worse service, but they definitely found their intentions in this person.
Who ever deliver the mail in orefield is very careless, I keep receiving my mail opened or damaged.
I go to this post office a lot. All the employees there are very nice and very helpful. Never have a bad experience.
Mail carrier always arrives late, packages requiring signature are never brought to the door, carrier just doesn't bother and most times doesn't leave a slip or just leaves a slip and doesn't bother to try. When you do try to figure out what's going on, the people at the post office are lazy, unhelpful, and barely try anything before telling you there's nothing they can do.
Ladies inside aren't very pleasant and not very helpful
