Everyone at this Post Office is so nice and helpful. Even when they are busy they are friendly and help as quickly as possible.
It amazes me that every time I come into this post office, they try to do everything in their possibility to give me hard time. I'm feeling like going to this post office is like gambling on my time, so I decided, never again! The attitude of the women in the front desk is worse to any other post office around. It is a shame that Northampton has only one post office and this is the worse one in the Lehigh Valley.
I live on w 14th st and for the last couple of months our mail has been delivered after 5pm and some important mail being delayed (not receiving them on the day I’m suppose to) This is ridiculous! While others in Northampton receive their mai before noon. ud83dude21
They hardly take my outgoing mail. I moved the mailbox from the top of our steps to the bottom and now they leave packages out in the rain. I've already had them go into into my house (!!!!!!) without authorization and leave a package there. Our mail carrier is normally on her phone when she delivers mail, so maybe she needs to pay more attention.
If you think the USPS gets tax money, you're very wrong...
