I wish I could give them zero stars. My accountant made the mistake of not asking for a direct deposit of my state tax refund. I use the Informed Delivery function of the Post Office. Nice feature as I get an email each morning of what will be delivered to my mail box. Last Tuesday I see that I will be getting my refund check. Open my mailbox and it is not there. As a matter of fact, I notice that my name is crossed out inside the box (I live in an apartment complex). I went to the post office the next day to ask where the check is. They told me that it was returned to the state. Call the state to see if i can get it direct deposited and no can do. It wasn't issued that way and they cannot change it now. Will need to call back in a month to see if I can get a new check issued. Thanks a lot USPS....
The office on 5th Street used to be friendly, community service oriented. Suddenly there are 3 new staf at the counter that are rude and apparently do not know that they are in the service industry. I miss the previous staff! Mail carriers are good and friendly!
Postal workers mail my mail to wrong addresses too often.nThey don't wear masks, spraying mail with aerosols when they breath, sneeze, and talk.
Never had a bad experience. They do an awesome job delivering packages and picking up packages for shipping needs.
PARKING is the WORST. Even Alburtis and Macungie and other locations have a parking lot. Otherwise, employees and delivery fine.
