Great customer service! Very lovable staff. All my visits have been an easy in and easy out.
Arrived at 1:54 to be told by the only employee that she closes at 2:00 and re-opens at 3 pm. I told her that it wasn't 2:00. She said that I was the only one with a problem with that. She refused to take my package. I asked to speak to a boss, she said that she was the boss. Wish I could close six minutes early everyday too. Looks like UPS will get all of my business from now on.
Best thing about this location is Jessie! She is always friendly and is super helpful! I use this location because of her! She loves her job and it shows!
Can't buy stamps at a kiosk without mail attendant. What is this, 1990?
Friendly staff. Occassionally a line but never too bad. Parking could be improved.
