SUPER GREAT THANK YOU Priest river post office!ni wish newport post office would be this good. 4 out of 5 times items are damaged and late tracking shows it setting in post office 3 or 4 days. so i started using my uncles address in priest river. and what to my surprise happens NOTHING 5 out of 5 times items are perfect, and super fast shipping time. use priest river PO its worth the 4 mile drive from newport. oh yeah dont forget about how rude they are in newport. Took it upon themselves to change the address in my package to another address because of similar names.nNo big deal it happens. The reason behind my 2 starts is when I called and spoke to the manager about their mistake, she couldn't care less. You are handeling my mail and important information. You put a delay in my business. The total disregard was not okay. Poor customer service.
Mail wasn't misplaced and was very easy to take care of things that we needed.
Nice people at our post office always willing to listen and help out.
