Had an issue with a parcel being shipped to Annville from Philadelphia area. The gentleman at the Annville Post Office was great! Very Professional, understanding and he seen that the issue was taken care of. Great experience.
Most employees are perfectly polite but I recently encountered one at the Annville location who was extremely rude. He talked down to me when I asked a simple question, was brusque during our interaction, and overall had a condescending tone with me. It was not acceptable and I can take my business elsewhere. I don't need the post office (as many others do not) so employees should be retrained on being polite and oriented toward customer service. If I don't take a tone with you, I really expect you not to take one with me. Horrible experience. I'll be focusing my efforts more toward other means of mail carry from now on, thank you very much.
Workers aren't that nice or helpful. They certainly do not enjoy their jobs.
Great service and great people working there.
Horrible customer service impossible to reach and you get an attitude if you make them work place sucks should close down
