The folks at this post office are top notch. They’re always willing to go the extra mile for their customers! Very professional and courteous. Marie, the postmaster is wonderful.
I had a lot of promotional material to mail for work. I did not have mailers. Marie was so courteous and helpful. She never missed a beat when other customers came in, and helped me get all of my packages put together and mailed. She is very connected to the community, and still very productive and efficient. She has exemplary customer service. What a gem!!!
The post office worker was outstanding and courtoues. I got assurance that my package would get to Fayetteville arkansas in three days and it did with no problems. Handicap accessible. Easy to get in and out of the building. Would highly recommend mailing packages and letters here.
Employee was very rude and complained about me not having a customs form ready. I will not be using them for anymore shipping, UPS up the road was very nice to deal with.
Packages do not always get delivered. Extremely inconvenient.
