I really do not know what to do and to whom may I ask? I'm Swedish have my daughter and my wife in the USA.nI sent them 2 packets, one of the packets are in New York ( USPS). The small one is delivered,nIt has been 11 days. Telephone service is not really good.nIf someone can help me with their e-mail adress.nThank you so much.
This is the most helpful post office I have ever visited.

People are great and the building is an historic gem.
This location is so neat and historical looking being right downtown Boise. The lady worker that helped me was so sweet and helpful. Some post offices I have visited are not like this. I think it's ridiculous that you have to buy or bring tape for your box but I think this goes for all post offices nowadays. I will drive a little further to go to this location again!
