Rude to customers and won’t listen to you when you ask for things. I always ask for the emailed receipt and more then once the postmaster looks at me and said “oh well”
We received an EMPTY envelope today! They are constantly terrible. Leaving packages outside our mailbox so someone can steal them because they are unwilling to come down our driveway. It sure would be nice to trust our postal service.
Never a problem, nice people.
They have been very quick with helping me in there office. My packages i send out send without any issues. And as far as recieving packages at my house or in my mail box i have no issues. Thumbs up.
I could get my mail faster if they used a horse and buggy. My packages are in the mail carrier’s car and she never delivers them on the day she’s supposed to. She just leaves them in her car and maybe delivers my mail if she feels like it. It’s a good day when she drops off the mail at 7PM. Half the time the mail is misdelivered and I have to bring it to my neighbors, not even knowing where my own mail is located. Apparently “rain, snow, or sleet” actually means nothing because snow stops her and so does the sunshine. When I call the post office to talk about the problems, I get told “We’ll what am I supposed to do about it?” and they hang up on me.
