It’s located inside the Weis at the customer service desk. There is a blue mail drop box outside the front of the store if you just are dropping a letter.nnWith it not being a standalone location, it feels like there are more problems with the software than at your normal post office. Not everything is always working or available.
This is the branch inside the Weis grocery store at the Red Rose Commons.nNo one was at the counter. Waited and waited and waited for employee to come out from the back. She called out several times that she would be right out, but I stood there for 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. There were no other customers there, and I could not hear her doing anything in the back such as stacking boxes or whatever. Don't know if she was just on the phone with a friend or snacking, or what. Abysmal customer service.
Not a real post office. Can only Mail priority. No priority labels...or all envelope/box options.

Came to the desk needing to send a small package and was brushed off by three employees standing around talking - one of them being the manager. They seemed agitated to see customers. They went into the back and talked for a number of minutes leaving us just standing there until some other employee from another part of the store came and helped us.nI work in the service industry myself and if I treated customers like that I'd be fired.nIt's not like the post office is known for good service but this is really bad.
