The woman working at the front was pleasant and helped me solve my shipping issue. Keep her! Wish I got her name but I can specify when I was around. Hopefully you can reply with an employee name so she gets credit for her good work. (June 12 around noon)

This is so convenient post office location next to PennDOT for money orders or any postal need.

I have NEVER had a positive experience at this place. I walked in at 4:32, and the lady behind the counter snapped “we’re closed! We closed at 430!” In an unnecessarily rude tone... this is the same woman who gave me problems for not having a signed credit card, despite having my ID, and who tried insisting that my PO Box has to be my legal address. As someone who has had a PO Box for the last 14 years, I know that’s far from the case. Plenty of people want a job- I suggest this location “cleans house” and hires people with social skills, who aren’t bitter and clearly hate their job, and working with the public.
