They keep losing my outgoing mail!!!!!
Debra is an angel!!! I live in Elizabethtown and have a local post office within walking distance, but drive all the way out to the Mt. Joy post office just because the workers there are just so much more pleasant! I’ve always left with a smile! Also bonus points for the cute historic building!

Mixed feelings, mostly positive. Window staff and mail carrier are great.. polite and helpful. But, every now and then we don't get our mail. It's the craziest thing especially considering we used to live in NYC with over 8 million people and that never happened to us...
I called the PO by phone this morning about holding a package for me at the PO instead of putting it out for the carriers. I live very close to the PO and needed my package before this afternoon due to other circumstances. They were polite, respectful, and courteous to me on the phone and treated my request as if it were no problem at all for them. I gave them my address, tracking number, and phone number and will recieve a call once my carrier locates my package. They are putting it with the clerks up front so that I can come pick it up during their business hours instead of waiting for the carrier to deliver it to my house in late afternoon. Thank you for a great experience Mount Joy, PO!
