Extremely disappointed!!! Moved here from VA just 4 months ago. I mailed a b-day card with $$ on a Friday at 3:30 from the Post Box in front of the post office (pick up was 4:30. Card arrived on a Monday--OPENED envelope without any $$. When I talked to clerk he was rude, dismissive and said it happens all the time. Then last week we got a small envelope from the PO saying we owed $5.40 for a package. I stopped by to check and it was MY Amazon order that they had REMOVED from my mailbox!!! Clerk said they had every right to do it. No apology or understanding. I know Amazon is not supposed to put in the box, but in the middle of COVID 19 most people are giving each other grace & kindness not extra hassle!! And they should pass on the charge to Amazon, not the innocent customer who has no control. He said I could leave the package and re-order from Amazon. They have my $$ and my items ordered!
Will go out of my way too avoid this place! The employee is extremely rude and acts like you are an awful bother.
The service here is the worst I have ever seen at a post office. That man that works there is very rude and disrespectful. He does not want to help you and furthermore when calling on the phone you can’t even understand him because he’s grumbling while he talks.
I walked into this post office at 4:10 pm. to mail some packages. (The post office closes at 4:30) The employee was outside smoking and there were no customers. When I went in he was incredibly rude. It was unnerving and I left as soon as possible at 4:20 to be exact. I will avoid going to this post office in the future if I can help it.nAlso, we get other people’s mail on a regular basis. This post office needs a bit of work.
Customer service at this post office is almost non-existent. The person working the counter ( name tag said Gene) comes across as rude and acts as if helping you out is not his job by any means. Definitely needs new management.
