Package delivery to the wrong address again. Had to go out and track it down. I wish the post would stop delivery on Sunday in rural areas.
This post office has the rudest workers. Alway missing packages or damaged. We have tenant mailboxes so cant be stolen. Totally incompetent
Had a lost package, called Manchester because I had believed it was the last location of it. It wasn't, but Mike at the Manchester location went above and beyond what I had expected to give me the location and get my package in my hands the same day. He cLlalled me back more than once, spoke on my behalf to get the premissions I needed to pick up my belongings. I cannot express my gratitude to have someone like this to help me. Thank you, Mike. I hope you and everyone that sees this knows how much you helped me out and how amazing of employee you are.
The service is very good. You can receive punctual response. The Sales Clerks are very friendly. They go the extra mile in helping you (I mean the extra mile). Every since I moved in the Manchester area all of the employees have reslly reached out to service the public. The Sales Clerk, my Carrier, and the Station Manager.
Quiet small community post office with very nice staff members. No real issues with the place.
