We have had an ongoing problem with not getting our mail. It seems like they like to deliver it to our neighbors. When confronted about it, it is one excuse after another. They won't own up to their mistakes other than to say they're understaffed. The one time, we didn't receive any mail for a week until our neighbor brought us a bag full. My salary is from checks i receive from my customers. If I don't get my mail, I have no income. When my neighbor said something to the mail deliverer, all she could say is oh well. With that attitude, it's no wonder the postal service is bankrupt and your tax payer dollars are going to bail them out. My advice to the Ephrata post office is get people who know how to read and will take the time to do their job right. As with the oh well attitude, she would be fired on the spot if I was her boss.
Both ladies that work the front desk have an attitude and are rude every time I go in there. If you want to deal with nicer people, go to the Brownstown location.
Sometimes mail doesnt go at all or it doesnt arrive until around 2 PM. Terrible.
Never had to long of a wait. Stuff is always smiling and willing to answer any and all shipping questions.
Why does this place have such a bad rating? They got me out quickly and were really friendly.
