I've always had pleasant courteous and good customer service with short wait times, which seems rare because most post offices in other areas that I've lived are jammed-pack with customers and have extreme wait times. Plus my carrier walks packages down my long drive to leave in my drop box or on my front porch. I appreciated the good service!
Ive lived here for 6 years the carrier refuses to go to the fron of my house and insists on delivering my mail to the back of the building where the dogs play and do their business and then refuses to deliver my mail because the dog has done his business in my BACK YARD!! Ive caught her on camera screaming and cursing at the top of her lungs calling me every name in the book. I go weeks on end with no delivery and have never once had any piece of mail picked up at my house even when i tried to hand it to her she flat out refused!!!
Constantly delivering packages to my neighbors house. This is the 3rd time!!!!
This post office is a joke. I keep gettig mail that isn't mine sent to my address, even after going up to the post office 4x, and calling once, every single time being told I wouldn't get the mail anymore and it would be picked up. Not once has it been picked up, and they continue to send mail that isn't mine. Try communicating as a team and making sure everyone is doing their job. Poorly run business.
This post office and staff are the greatest! They are courteous and helpful.
