They are not very helpful and super slow. I went to send a package, and I had the label printed. They said I needed to go home and tape it. They could not provide tape. I went to UPS, instead. They are so nice and helpful!
Too many packages are claimed to have been delivered only not to me. Twice this has happened. We have a doorbell camera so I know it's simply not being delivered to me. Thankfully they held my last shipment for me to pick up
Lazy and they point the finger at each other when something goes missing. Employees do not take responsibility and could care less about whether you receive your packages and mail or not.
