Parcel drop box is now always locked on Sundays and holidays. This didn't used to be the case. It would be nice if you had a sign that told customers when to expect the parcel drop box to be locked.

The service here was exceptional. The lines go pretty quickly, and the postal workers are very detail-oriented. Had to mail a shipment out today, and accidentally grabbed a size too big. A postal worker went out of his way to let me know the correct size + most affordable option to ship my item. I really appreciated the help.

I'm conflicted because if you go into this Post Office they are always very nice and helpful, however, they can't seem to get deliveries straight. My neighbors are constantly trading misdelivered mail and packages. I get quite a few packages per week and in the last two months they have misdelivered more than they have delivered correctly. A month ago I started paying extra for shipping to avoid USPS....even if USPS is free. It's not worth the trouble or risk at this point.

Thought this location was just above average until today.nnI just purchased (6/4/2020) about $65 of stamps for business uses. I walked out to my car with the roll of 1st class stamps on my envelopes and it rolled off and hid in my car. I drove back to the office, noticed I was missing $55 worth of stamps and went back to the PO thinking I left them on the counter. The USPS rep and I looked around for a few minutes and then she hands me a roll and says 'if you find the roll, just bring these back'. Gave me a $55 roll of stamps on faith! I found the stamps as soon as I went back out to my car and looked a little more and returned the 'faith roll'. That right there is going above and beyond.nThis crew now that I think about it has solved several shipping problems for me over the last several years. Definitely a well run PO.

If zero stars were an option that would be the review they recieved. I recently moved to Eagle and for some reason have had a lot of trouble with my mail. I ordered a package was marked as delivered when it wasn't in my mail box. I was able to talk to a supervisor that assured me he knew what happened and was going to get the issue resolved. After 4 business days of looking for it he said it was considered lost. I also didn't receive 2 cards that were supposed to be delivered a month ago. Today I received something that said final notice and I owed $.45 which after being missing a month I think is out of proportion charging 45 cents after they lost my $400 package. I went into the location and talked to the supervisor in person said the $.45 couldn't be waved but didn't want to pay for the shipping on the idem I didn't recieve. I am still missing another package with no answers and once they find it they will charge more. Very disappointed with the service so far I much rather pay the few extra bucks and ship vis UPS. If you live in Eagle I would recomend sending packages to another location outside of Eagle.
