I'm right in the middle of 2 post offices but I come to this 1 because of the friendly, helpful employees. They always have a good selection of 1st class stamps. Large parking lot. I appreciate my mail carrier, who has only delivered the neighbors mail to my box twice in 10 YEARS. The USPS provides a lot of jobs & is an essential service, I hope it will continue. (I hope they're reading this)

Contrary to many negative reviews, I have received nothing but excellent service from the USPS at Cole Village. Elizabeth, Jake, Jay, and Thereyarn are amazing to work with and consistently brighten my day (I work at a business nearby that ships packages semi-frequently). They are always working to give me the best options for shipping quickly and securely and I have yet to experience any kind of issue such as those mentioned in the other reviews. I recommend giving them a chance, smiling (or trying to through your mask), and treating them with a bit of respect - you might just be surprised with the amazing people behind the desk at the Cole Village USPS.

The lady that delivers mail to Rosedale Ave is amazing. If only there was more like her.nThe guy we had for years before her was rude and treated us awful.nThis great person should get a raise. Like I said she is awesome.

I’ve had a package arrive for my sister that I had to sign this happened about two to one year ago maybe even more maybe about 4/3 years but the lady that delivered it said “you know you can’t order these types of package you know “(it was shoes) I’m pretty sure she said something like that but nowadays she’s called a Karen so I guess this usps store has a Karen..ud83dude44 lolnnAlso I have a package that I ordered and said it got to Boise so hopefully I get it .....

I live in cedar square apartment complex. The mail person decided it would be funny to put a trail of keys to different package containers before I get my package. now I am on box number 3 and can't get it open. thanks so much greatly appreciate it.
